In October 2008 the Hierarchs of the White Brotherhood,
Ascended Masters St.Germain,
Melchizedek
and Imhotep
granted to all of us the new Universal Healing Channel
of the Energy of Performance. This Energy comes to us from
the Great Central Sun
through the Source located in the Ethereal Temple of the
Energy of Performance supervised by Lord
Sanat Kumara.
This energy is bright, strong, smart, fast, absolutely neutral
(may work alone or with other energies, like for instance
Reiki). The Energy has the broad band and frequencies adjustable
to specific needs of each body in each specific instance.
Unlike other oriental healing energies and practices the
Energy of Performance is totally free, that makes it the
most democratic healing energy in the world. It means that
any person in any country will have an opportunity free
of charge to acquire initiation (ability to link with the
Source) to the Energy of Performance independently,
or in groups. Everything necessary for independent Initiation
to the First Level is available here in this page. Materials
for the Second and the Third Initiations will be published
here soon.
Those who have been practicing the Energy of Performance
confirm that it is a very helpful means of self-healing,
and it is especially useful against the new emerging infections
that still have no medicines. Work with this Energy is absolutely
safe. At the first level adepts will be able to use the
Energy by placing hands, like in Reiki. The only difference
is that the time of impact is reduced to few seconds since
this energy is much more powerful than Reiki.
Everybody can handle this energy with the exception of people
with ruined mind, insane and kids under 14. Results
of the Energy use depend on each of you. "The Secret
of Efficiency in applying the Energy of Performance is in
Practice" - these words must become your motto!
The Ascended Masters of the Hierarchy of the White Brotherhood
have developed the three-step procedure of Initiation to
the Energy of Performance.
First level (Adept)
Adepts will acquire the first link to the Source of the
Energy of Performance and the first personal Seal to the
left palm. The Seal is the Ethereal Symbol of the Energy
of Performance that by its visualization on the left palm
instantly switches on the flow of the Energy of Performance
The first level allows adepts to immediately commence healing
in physical contact with himself/herself, the patient, a
human being or a pet. The ultimate condition is the agreement
of the patient to accept your hand. The only exclusions
may be your little kids, or elderly relatives. You may work
with other children only upon request of their relatives
that bear carma responsibility for them.
Second Level (Knight)
Forty days after the Energy of Performance will be established
in your body you will be ready to accept the Second Level
of the Energy of Performance and receive the Second Seal
to your right palm.
The Second Initiation will enhance the power and expand
the Flow, increase efficiency of the work with the Energy
through physical contacts and open the ability to work with
the Energy remotely, at a distance in space and in time,
including most distant problems and events of your life
or the life of your patient, including former lives.
With the Second Level you would be able to work with situations,
that means that the practitioner may send the flow of Energy
to the past in order to correct "the present day",
and to the future, to create conditions for the fulfillment
of conceived plans, provided that your plans do not contradict
Space Laws.
The energy helps implement your intentions, provided that
it will not hurt legitimate rights and interests of other
people. There's no use trying to apply this Energy to other
people without their knowledge or consent, even in their
favor (from your point of view). You will not achieve the
sought results, but you can pick up some carma stains.
The use of the Energy always and everywhere is performed
in full compliance with the Space Laws. Should you try to
intentionally or unintentionally use the Energy contrary
to the Space Laws it will not work because originally is
was calibrated by the Source in full compliance with the
Laws.
It is the "intelligent, wise" Energy! You may
send it from your right palm, marked with the Second Ethereal
Seal to the time and the place where your important issues
or problems are being solved. In your request to Lord
Sanat Kumara you must add: "I ask your assistance in
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . to the extent
permitted by the Great Law of Space". You may
also provide healing or situation assistance remotely (for
instance by phone) to your relatives and friends that asked
for such assistance. But you should not impose your help.
Third Level - Master
Not earlier than in eighty days after the Second Initiation
one may receive the Third Initiation and receive the Third
Ethereal Seal on your forehead.
The
Master Level enhances and expands the Flow of the Energy
for the contact and distant work. The Third Seal has
the blessing of the Hierarchy of the White Brotherhood to
work in favor of the whole planet.

About
the Seals of the Energy of Performance
I am Saint Germain.
The Seal of the Adept on the left palm is the opening seal,
while the Seal of knight on the Right palm is the closing
seal. The left hand seal is physical while the right had
seal is spiritual. Left hand seal means "here and now",
while the right hand seal - "everywhere and always".
It may be used for remote impact, influencing past events
and situations, and the would-be events and situations.
The third Master's Seal provides opportunities to direct
the Energy of Performance to past and future events that
happen not within your communication circle, but on a worldwide
scale.
The Third Seal creates narrowly directed Ray that may reach
every man on Earth to whom you address your message. You
would never be able to hurt in any way anybody you send
your message.
This Ray may only contain Love and Goodness.
You may send it to those in need in any part of the earth
- to those suffering, starving, dying, humiliated or insulted.
Each time you hear of any disaster you may send your Ray
to the place and time when it was happening in order to
help people acquire power and confidence.
The Energy of Performance originates from the Great Central
Sun and Lord Sanat Kumara is the Master of the Temple and
the Source of the Energy of Performance. Being the Master
of Earth He gives His Blessing to you for Servicing the
whole Planet.
The more people send their Rays to events, the less catastrophic
they may be. Send the Ray (Message of Love, Healing,
Energy) to important events on the Planet that happen beginning
from this moment. Even to the past, but not earlier than
afternoon March 10, 2009 (the day of dispensation).
Each Master will be able to render help not only to familiar,
but also to unfamiliar people, but you cannot engage any
person without his/her knowledge and agreement. You may
influence events with a view to minimize negative effects.
You may influence unfamiliar (strange) person only once
in case of emergency (an accident, catastrophe).
You should select as objects of your wholesome effort hospitals,
clinics, especially children, so that healing work in respect
of those suffering would be more efficient.
You may send a Ray to your elderly relatives and little
kids and it will give the vital strength. You may send this
Energy to cities and countries to calm down natural elements.
If you know that there’s a bad weather somewhere,
you may send there your Ray, if you unite effort of some
people it will be even more powerful. Gradually your Ray
will become the Arm of Peace and Charity. Each of you will
be able to help many people and whole countries, and the
whole Earth.
Saint

If initially you will not sense the Energy, it can only
confirm that your sensibility has not yet been developed
sufficiently. It will surely be enhansed in the course
of practice and you will notice it.
Effect of treating chronic problems will turn up not immediately
since subtle energies commence acting in direction of subtle
structures of the body, and at physical plan they may turn
up only in a few days, so do not despair if you failed to
achieve immediate effect.
In cases of acute deceases and infections the Energy works
faster.
